Hello, everyone. Those who are younger than me, please “Wai” back. Otherwise, you will have a short life. Today, as promised… I have promised you guys that if my channel reached 100,000 subscribers, I would do an IG photo editing tutorial. But my IG has more than one tones. Photos I edit depend on… my mood, time, weather, clothes and locations. Therefore, there will be many episodes of photo editing tutorials. For this video, I would like to present Peach tone photo editing. It offers you fairy tale, magical and girly kinda tone which is so sweet. Looking on my Instagram feed when I edited my photos in a pinkish tone, As I scroll up, the transition between Vienna and Switzerland, You will see that my feed is no longer pink anymore. Because it doesn’t go well with the snow scenery. The pinkish tone changes the white color of the snow. It will be light brown which prevents the snow from looking pure and clean. Thus, as I mentioned, a particular tone doesn’t get along well with all places. We have to choose the right one. And the tips I will tell you… Please pay close attention as it’s super easy. You guys don’t have to waste money by downloading any presets. This is super easy. If you’ve got a little talent of this. You can adapt it to edit many tones and use it for so long. Let’s begin. The first step is… Download a mobile version of Lightroom. This is what the app looks like. Download it now. The mobile version of Lightroom is a mini version of a computer version. Functions have been deducted for the easier usage. It might not have as many functions as the computer version. The second step. Select the original photo that you want to edit. I want to tell all the girls and boys out there who have just started editing that when you have reference photos that you like… Even you use the same app like that person, your photo won’t be exactly like theirs. Because the main factor which affects photo colors is The original file. Such as the temperature of the time they took the photo. It gives different colors. Moreover, locations, background and surrounding, colors of the objects in the photo and clothes they wore. Their skin tones and hair colors too. If you have bought a preset from foreign bloggers, you can’t really get the pretty photo without editing more. As photos are not the same. Skin tone is the key which differentiate the tone because Asian and European people don’t have the same skin tone. If we use that preset, the color of the object is nice, but the skin tone is different. Sometimes a little bit orange instead. The third step. Click the Lightroom application Once we got the original photo, Import it to Lightroom from your camera roll. Then select the photo. Then import the photo you want to edit to the Lightroom album. You can choose more than one photo. Let’s begin with this photo. This photo was taken at a palace in Vienna. The color is quite dull. It was taken by Sony A7 III. We will start by pressing “Light”. Can you see that? It’s on the bottom right. Adjust the shadow to the right hand side to lessen the shadow. Can you see the difference? Once we adjusted the shadow, the photo looks more clear and the shadow is reduced The photo looks clearer and brighter. I adjusted it to almost the maximum. It was about to rain that day and it was dull, so I lessen the shadow. The photo is clearer now. It already looks nice. As the background and the outfit are already pretty. The fourth step. When we’re done with the shadows, We’ll move on to “highlights” It is placed above “shadows” Now, I adjusted the shadows to 97%. Adjust highlights to the left side to lessen the glare. It makes my photo look a little bit dull, but more colorful. Don’t adjust it too much since you skin will look dark. But if you prefer tan skin, go for it. I’m lowering the highlights. I will show you what it will be like when I lower it too much. There will be some spots on your skin. Lower it moderately. I will go for -26 for the highlights. When we’re done, go to “Color”. It’s beside “Light”. Press “Color” and pull the scales up. We’ll see that it’s a temperature adjustment. The first row which is “Temp” or “Temperature” It allows you to choose blue tone or yellow tone. If you bring yellow up, it makes your photo look warm. If you go for blue, you photo will be more blue. I choose the warm tone, so I’ll adjust it to the right. I’ll do it a little bit. It’s now +11, the photo is more yellow. I make it +5 then. For the second row, “Tint”, If it goes this way, it will be green. If it goes another way, it will be a pink tone. Bring the pink tone up. Try adjusting it. If the photo starts getting pink, it will look too purple. So I increase the yellow tone to make the photo look more peach. It looks more peach now. Literally, it’s done now. Is it too easy? I feel like it’s too easy when it comes to making a tutorial video. But, as I told you, I’m the kind of person who always look for a shortcut to save time. Before. After. I’ll post each photo’s before and after for you guys. When it’s done, I’ll make it more vintage. It will make the photo more like a fairy tale. Like it’s from a book. Go to “Effects”. It’s beside “Color”. Then go to “Grain”. Grain provides small spots on the photo. It makes the photo shattered. But it will be shattered equally. Bring the “Grain” up. Can you see it? The grain. About +34. The “Size” which is below “Grain” is the grain size. Is it? I’m not sure. But I’ll bring it up to this much. The Grain can be seen now. That this photo was taken by a high quality camera, A mirrorless one, The quality of the photo is still high. If you guys have low quality photos, You can enhance the sharpness by increasing the “Clarity”. Clarity brings more sharpness to your photos. You see? For me, too much clarity makes the photo look dull. I’ll bring it down. It’s for the time when there’s a fog or when the photo is blurred. I’ll bring it down. You can do it by increasing “Sharpness” as well. It’s done. Super easy. It took only 2 mins, I think. It’s so easy. That’s not enough. Let’s do another edit after this. Export the photo by clicking “Save to camera roll” Choose “Maximum available”. It gives you high quality photos. Then save it. Let’s talk about how to edit the next photos the same tone as this one. So easy! It’s the easiest thing in the world. Go to the imported album. We can import more after this. This photo has been edited. I will use the preset of this photo to edit other photos too. Go to the top right. The three dots. Choose “Copy Settings”. Check what you want to copy. We can copy them all. If we didn’t crop the photo, we can copy them all. Press the check button. Once we’re done, it’s like this preset is copied in the air. We can use it for other photos. Like this photo. Use it now! Press “Paste Settings”. Once the photo has been edited, as I told you, it was taken indoor, the color of this photo will not be the same as the previous one. It has been taken at different locations. This photo was also taken indoors. The brightness is different. We then adjust each photo. Starting from lessen the highlights a little bit. Then bring the exposure up. Go to “Exposure”. The photo is still orange-ish. We can reduce the orange color by clicking “Mix”. This round button. Press the orange one. Lower the orange tone. See? Amazing! The orange tone has been lowered. Do I look like I am teaching small students? I got this skills from being a public speaker for four times. Press the screen to see before and after Check if we want more pinkish tone or not. Bring the tint up to more pink. It’s done for this photo. Let’s do one more photo. I’ll select this photo. This is quite challenging as the original file is quite dark. Paste the preset we have copied. We now have a peach tone. Then I’m going to adjust the exposure. Bring the highlights down a little bit. So that it looks brighter. Then I’m going to adjust colors. Just like the one before, lessen the orange tone as the light in the hotel is quite orange. I bring it down, so it won’t be too orange. Before. After. Okay, everyone. These are the before and after of my photo editing. For the next step, I’m gonna tell you how to create a great IG composition. I recommend you to download the app to manage our feed first. I suggest these two. UNUM, not sure if I pronounced it correctly. Or InstaFrame. We’re able to upload our photos on the feed and adjust it to see which one you want to post it first. It helps you manage your IG feed before uploading to your IG. It might sound difficult to do it, but once you get used to it, it will be super easy and you’ll be able to do it naturally. Let’s look at my IG feed. You guys will see that when I posted… Look at the first row from the bottom. The photo I reached out to grab a ball. The following photo I uploaded is my feet. Then the photo I sat. To create a beautiful feed… When you upload your photos, You shouldn’t upload the photos with the same postures, same depth. It won’t look nice. What I recommend is… When you upload a full body photo which you stand far away, The next one should be something closer. For example, objects or selfies. The following photo can be something far away again. This is to create dimensions to your feed. Close up, medium and wide shots. Another thing is the color matching. As you can see, When I created a pink feed, You will see green which is a tree. and the dress I wore which is pink. There will be a color connection in the next photos. Like pink, green and yellow. Once they are together, they look pretty. The colors go in the same way. There’s a photo that the background looks different with others. The one I stand in front of the KOF sign. A cafe in Thonglor. At that time, I had to promote my own brand’s dresses. So I had to upload it between photos I took in Vienna. I doesn’t look different from others. It looks the same. It’s because I edited the same pink tone in the Lightroom app. The dress is also pink and the belt buckle is red. The color matches well with the photos below which I wore pink and the red santa claus dress. It links well as well as the background. It allows this photo to blend well with others. It doesn’t look outstanding even though it was taken at a different place. It might sound difficult, but the easiest way is to plan and manage your feed. At some point, when my feed doesn’t look good, It’s a time when I’m not passionate about planning my feed. Something like that. That’s all. Finally, my first photo editing tutorial video is done. At first, I thought I wasn’t be able to do it, I was like…would I be able to teach or tell you guys? You know what? I put lots of effort into doing this. I revised how I edit and wrote them step by step on my computer. It’s so long like writing a book. My purpose is to teach you guys. as I want you guys to get something from this. Not only just a normal video as I promised. For those who have been watching until here, Give me feedback and please comment down below. Tell me how you feel about this video. Do you have any recommendations? And if you still have questions, leave comments. I’ll answer them in the next tutorial video… Only if I can. If not, I will go find the answer for you. If you want me to make more of this video, please vote which tones you want me to show you. It can only be the tone I edited on my IG. Go check what you like. I would do it again. That’s all for today. Thank you so much for watching until the end. Sawasdee ka. Please Wai back if you’re younger than me.
